Consulting – We provide oil production and drilling equipment design from the crown to
the ground. We promote innovative ideas to the oilfield industry by introducing
new technologies that increases productivity and enhances safety.
Design and Engineering – Our full service in-house engineering department offers in-depth knowledge, experience and technical expertise across multiple engineering disciplines. We supply the necessary design, details, procedures and materials to build your project, whether small or large in scale and simple or complex in nature. Our design calculations for steel frames are prepared, approved and stamped by a California registered structural engineer.

- · Field Inspection, Maintenance and Repairs – C.W. Industries offers certified welders and mechanics for any rig or equipment inspection, maintenance and repair, such as for brake systems and high pressure pipe manifolds. Dispatch is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
· Inspection, Repair and Modification to Existing Rig or Equipment – provide Category 3 and 4 inspection and repair of derricks and full service repairs of tongs.
· Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Inspection – all fabrication and repairs of steel structures for the oilfield undergoes rigorous quality control inspection of all welded joints through magnetic particle (MP), ultrasonic (UT) and radiographic (X-Ray) examinations.
· Safety - Our personnel are geared up for working safely at all times. We facilitate meetings and trainings that give our workforce the skills and knowledge necessary to promote and achieve a safe jobsite environment. Our list of trainings includes fire watch, confined space entry and retrieval, forklift operator certification, refinery safety (RSO), swing rope certifications (for offshore platforms), California Oil Producers CSO and other site specific EHS trainings. We also implement random drug testing of our personnel.
